Piggery 3 enjoys a private south facing courtyard garden with a wood fired hot tub big enough for 1-2 people creating a secluded space to relax and unwind. The garden is fully enclosed with gated access, making it ideal for couples and those bringing dogs.

Well‑behaved dogs are welcome up to a maximum of two dogs, subject to you booking a pet‑friendly unit and paying the per‑pet supplement at the time of booking.

Please review and comply with the following rules:

  • Breeds prohibited under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
  • All dogs must be microchipped, and have current vaccinations for distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, and parvo virus as legally required.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in shared areas.
  • If a staff member needs to access your unit (e.g. maintenance), your pet must be removed or contained safely.
  • Dogs must not be left alone or unsupervised in the property.
  • No more than two dogs per property; they must not be allowed on furniture or beds unless covered by a blanket/towel.
  • You must ensure your pet has appropriate third-party liability insurance covering injury or damage to people or property.
  • Pet mess must be cleaned up immediately, and waste disposed of in provided bins.
  • Microchip and vaccination records may be requested and must be presented if asked.
  • If we reasonably consider that your pet is causing harm or nuisance, we reserve the right to require its removal from the property without refund or compensation.
