Piggery 3 enjoys a private south facing courtyard garden with a wood fired hot tub big enough for 1-2 people creating a secluded space to relax and unwind. The garden is fully enclosed with gated access, making it ideal for couples and those bringing dogs.

Bringing your dog

Well‑behaved dogs are welcome up to a maximum of two dogs, subject to you booking a pet‑friendly unit and paying the per‑pet supplement at the time of booking.

Please review and comply with the following rules:

Breeds prohibited under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
All dogs must be microchipped, and have current vaccinations for distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, and parvo virus as legally required.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in shared areas.
If a staff member needs to access your unit (e.g. maintenance), your pet must be removed or contained safely.
Dogs must not be left alone or unsupervised in the property.
No more than two dogs per property; they must not be allowed on furniture or beds unless covered by a blanket/towel.
You must ensure your pet has appropriate third-party liability insurance covering injury or damage to people or property.
Pet mess must be cleaned up immediately, and waste disposed of in provided bins.
Microchip and vaccination records may be requested and must be presented if asked.
If we reasonably consider that your pet is causing harm or nuisance, we reserve the right to require its removal from the property without refund or compensation.
