Piggery 1 enjoys a private south facing courtyard garden creating a secluded space to relax and unwind. There is also outdoor seating for up to four guests, perfect for relaxed al fresco dining.

Bringing your dog

We know that for many guests, a holiday wouldn’t feel complete without their four-legged companion. Well-behaved dogs are warmly welcomed at The Sunray in selected pet-friendly cottages, with a maximum of two dogs per stay. A small per-pet supplement applies and can be added when you book.

To help ensure a comfortable stay for all guests — both human and canine — we kindly ask that the following guidelines are observed:

Dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
Dogs should remain on the ground floor areas of the property only.
In shared outdoor spaces around the site, dogs must be kept on a lead.
If our team needs to access your cottage during your stay (for example for maintenance), pets should be safely contained or taken with you.
Dogs should not be left alone or unattended inside the property.
Owners are responsible for ensuring appropriate third-party liability cover is in place for their pet.
Any pet mess should be cleared promptly and disposed of in the bins provided.
We may occasionally request confirmation of microchipping and vaccinations.

The Sunray is a peaceful setting enjoyed by many guests, so if we reasonably believe a pet is causing disturbance, damage or risk to others, we may ask for the dog to be removed from the property.
